If you contract for HealthStream Checklist, you have a new option when creating or editing evaluator checklists: Student Options: Enable Collaborative Workflow. This option enables a new workflow that streamlines the process of collecting and reviewing responses to prompts – perfect for case studies and exemplars!
Once selected, you immediately see your tasks include additional formatting options (review here). In addition, this feature adds a new step in your workflow, enabling the learner assigned the checklist to not only view the items but also provide an open-text response to each item (below) before submitting the checklist for review/rating by your associated evaluator(s) (review here).
NOTE: Collaborative Workflow is only available for checklists that are ultimately reviewed by evaluators. You can use collaborative workflow with any Evaluator response option (Custom, Met/Unmet, Pass/Fail, etc.). Learners assigned this type of checklist can save their progress, similar to evaluators.
