Live: New My Team Experience
- In-Progress Feature: Currently, managers are redirected from the new interface to the old interface to complete these actions; however, they can easily return to the new interface via a “Return to Previous” link that displays in the upper left:
- Registering, Dropping, or Swapping Upcoming Classes (review here)
- Functionality Changes: This release improved usability and design, reorganizing and resizing My Team components as well as adding options for managers to further customize and collapse items within their dashboard. We did not introduce or remove functionality and features, but you will see several changes to how existing options and data are displayed and/or accessed, such as:
- Condensed Side Navigation
- Toggle On/Off Leader Rollup
- Collapsable Activity Stream
- Overlay Navigation to View Add’l Dashboards
- Expanded Employees Views

- Condensed Side Navigation: Side navigation provides quick access from the primary dashboard to the team Calendar, expanded Employees views, Proxy Managers management, and Settings.
- Toggle On/Off Leader Rollup: Managers with employees that also manage teams can toggle on/off the Leader Rollup (review here) on the Outstanding Learning and any Custom Widgets (review here).
- Collapsable Activity Stream: Managers can collapse or change the left/right placement of the Activity Stream that displays key events, like work anniversaries, birthdays, upcoming classes, and outstanding items (learning, certifications, licenses, etc.).

- Overlay Navigation to View Add’l Dashboards: When viewing another manager’s dashboard (as a proxy manager or via drill-down) it will be presented as an overlay to the primary dashboard that can be easily closed by Xing out at the top right or clicking the underlying dashboard. NOTE: Overlays cannot be moved elsewhere on your screen(s), and only one can be open at a time over the primary dashboard.
- Expanded Employees Views: Managers will have two new layout options when viewing their employees as well as continued access to the current Org Chart view.
