Live: All Checklists Updated to “Pass Required”

Review Master List►

Last month we published new versions of all Dynamic Health checklists in order to update the completion mode from “completion required” to “pass required.” All instructions and evaluator guidelines were updated at the same time to reflect this change. Going forward, all tasks must be marked “met” or "N/A" in order to pass any checklist. By default, the course/checklist will remain on the To-Do List until passed. Anyone in progress with previous versions must complete by May 31, 2025. Otherwise, progress will be lost, and an administrator must unenroll and reenroll the learner(s) in the new version(s). Learners classified as “not yet started,” as well as assignments made after this mid-February release, automatically have the updated “pass required” versions.

Expected by June: Post-Test Passing Score Increased to 80%

To align with industry standards, the score required to pass post-tests for skill development courses will be increased from 70% to 80%. For existing assignments, anyone in progress must complete by August 31, 2025. Otherwise, progress will be lost, and an administrator must unenroll and reenroll the learner(s) in the new version(s). Learners classified as “not yet started,” as well as assignments made after this update, will automatically have the updated versions requiring 80%.

Remember, learners in progress with the 6th Edition must complete by March 31. NOTE: An administrator must create new assignments with the 7th Edition course. Click here for key details and recommendations on transitioning your individual, group, and/or certification-based assignments.

Also, please ensure your instructors complete the 7th Edition Instructor Bridge Training course*  by July 1. Instructors can continue to teach the 6th Edition curriculum until March 31, and the deadline to submit rosters for 6th Edition completions is July 1. In addition, you can review our FAQs.

Expected This Month: New IP Address for CHA Content

Our valued partner, Children’s Hospital Association (CHA), is migrating to a new hosting service for their courses in mid-March. We also recommend reviewing these Technical Specifications.

In addition, if you contract for Essentials of Pediatric Critical Care Orientation, version 7.0 is expected to release on June 2, 2025. Aside from basic updates to improve understanding and add visual appeal, significant changes are being made to the Cardiovascular Care courses to improve learner retention and application.
