Recent studies show that the caregiver turnover rate is at an all time high of 82%. To make things more dire, the BLS projected in 2016 (PHI, 2019) projected that approximately 7.8 million direct care positions would open from 2016 to 2026 over the following 10 years, making the total direct care workforce larger than any single occupation by 2026.

The big question? How can organizations keep up with future staffing needs in order to expand their in-home care services? Helen Adeosun, CEO of CareAcademy, joined us for a one-hour webinar. As a leader in senior care training, she explained the critical role of training and competency programs in the effort to grow talent and improve retention.

In this webinar, you'll learn:

  • Current recruiting and retention challenges for in-home care providers
  • A smarter, and necessary, approach to training non-medical caregivers
  • How to build a pipeline of talent with recruiting and retention best practices

Helen Adeosun, CEO and Co-Founder of CareAcademy
