Automatically Hide "Retired" Certifications & Resuscitation Credentials
As of May 2024, administrators and students (if their respective Roles allow) can manually retire certifications and resuscitation credentials that are no longer being pursued/renewed (review here). These retired items are now automatically hidden on My Team. This applies to all previously retired items as well. If items are unretired, they will automatically reappear on My Team.
Added "Checklist Completions" Report
If you contract for Checklist, your managers/proxy managers now have the Checklist Completions report on their My Team dashboard. As a reminder, this report was already available to administrators and functions similarly for your managers/proxy managers to view Checklist completions for their direct employees, including their responses (review here).
This release did not add or remove My Team features, but we did make several changes to how existing options and data are displayed and/or accessed – review here. In addition to updated Help documentation and ongoing webinars, we created these trainings to incorporate into your organization’s onboarding for newly hired and/or promoted managers:
Expanded Custom Widgets to "Department Level"
In addition to My Team’s pre-set widgets, you can create your own custom widgets to further emphasize and promote your top-priority assignments. As needed, admins can now create custom widgets that are only visible to managers within specific departments.
When creating a department-level widget, there’s just one additional step: “All Departments” is selected by default, so you’ll just select the department(s) of the manager(s) that should see your widget (review here).
Keep in mind within a hierarchy, you cannot create a department-level widget where departments do not exist, such as the Enterprise/Org Level. When viewing all of your widgets, the Level and Department Filter columns identify institution- and department-level widgets, respectively (review here). NOTE: Within a hierarchy, to edit or delete an existing widget you must select or log in at the level where the widget was created.
In addition to My Team’s pre-set widgets, you can create your own custom widgets to further emphasize and promote your top-priority assignments. Previously, all custom widgets were Enterprise-level widgets, meaning they are visible to all managers within your organization. If your site is a multi-level hierarchy, you can now create custom widgets that are only visible at specific regions, divisions, and/or institutions (review here). NOTE:
